STUDIO POLICIES
PRODUCTS
-
As we do not provide product warranties, we advise using our products according to their product descriptions and as specified in this care policy to prolong their longevity, quality and strength.
Due to the handmade nature and natural materials used in our pottery, changes may occur over time and with use. Our pottery is designed as living art; documenting and growing with the natural wears and tears of everyday life. If highly-pigmented foods or liquids stain unglazed areas, this will not affect the functionality of the piece.
Unless stated in the product description, it is safe to assume that all pieces, including clay kit pieces that have gone through our Glazing + Firing service, are:
Microwave safe for short heating periods;
Top-rack dishwasher safe on a warm cycle;
Recommended to be handwashed wherever possible using a non-abrasive sponge and warm soapy water, as the most gentle and effective method of care.
As with all pottery, avoid thermal shock (i.e., sudden and rapid changes in temperature and humidity, for example, placing hot pots in a cold fridge), as this can break pieces.
Pieces containing lustre cannot go into the microwave. Lustres are often visible as shiny metallic finishes over glazes, such as gold and silver.
-
Our online shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay. To keep processing fees low, we are no longer accepting PayPal and Afterpay.
Any additional payments required to facilitate product sales and transactions will be invoiced by email. Invoice payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date, required in full before our goods or services can be provided, and payable electronically by bank transfer (no fee), credit/debit card (2.2% card processing fee), or with a valid Everyday Clay gift voucher or store credit (unique code required so that we can apply it to the invoice on our end).
Prices do not include GST as our studio is not GST registered.
Everyday Clay reserves the right to cancel and refuse purchases if payment amounts are outstanding or overdue, or if purchases are repeatedly changed or cancelled by the customer.
-
Online orders are processed for shipping or local pickup within 1 week of receiving your order. During busy holiday periods, we may experience a higher volume of orders that could delay processing times. Any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
-
Caring for the planet we share is a core value in all that we do. It is our packaging and delivery policy to:
Never purchase plastic packaging such as air pillows, bubble wrap, polystyrene and other synthetic fillers;
Always purchase materials that are plant-based, recyclable, biodegradable and/or compostable wherever possible;
Take care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely;
Provide instructions for recycling, composting and disposing of packaging thoughtfully;
Go second-hand rather than brand new if we can—for example, we source shipping boxes locally from grocers, wineries and retailers so your order could totally arrive in a fruit or wine box! We also re-purpose as much of the plastic packaging from other shipments to give those materials a second use;
Ship 100% carbon neutral and say no to long-distance international shipping—we choose to only ship within Australia and to nearby countries;
Prioritise suppliers who meet industry sustainability standards and are actively working to eliminate plastic use altogether.
-
Orders ship every Saturday by standard post and can be tracked using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Our courier ships to residential street addresses only; not post offices, parcel collect or PO box locations. To reduce our carbon footprint, we are only shipping domestically and to the following nearby countries:
Australia: $15 flat-rate, shipping ETA is 3–7 business days;
New Zealand: $25 flat-rate, shipping ETA is 10-16 business days;
Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand: $50 (up to 1kg), $70 (1.01-2kg), $90 (2.01kg-3kg) and $120 (3.01-5kg), shipping ETA is 10-28 business days. Weight is automatically calculated at checkout. For larger orders, contact us for a quote.
Express shipping can be organised on request by contacting us for a quote.
International orders may be subject to tariff rates, customs and clearance fees, or any other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and excluded from our prices. If an order is returned to us from customs, the customer is liable for the cost of reshipment. Once orders leave our studio, we can only access the information on the tracking page, and are not responsible for delays or missing shipments. We advise contacting the postal and/or customs authorities of the destination country if you have questions about additional charges that may apply.

If you are running late on the day, please call or text the studio on +61 404 324 584 for an immediate response. If you do not attend on the day, you will need to rebook your appointment using the same booking link provided to you, as we do not reorganise pickups on our customers’ behalf.Collection window and uncollected pickup orders:
Items are available for pickup for 30 days from the date of your pickup notification email. If not collected after 30 days, online orders will be cancelled and refunded less a 20% fee to process the cancellation. For uncollected clay kit pieces, our Glazing + Firing ‘uncollected clay kit pottery’ policy will apply. -
If you wish to request a change in delivery method, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so that we can assess your situation. Please be informed that:
Switching from shipping to local pickup is not possible once orders have dispatched. However, if your order has not yet been processed, we can refund the shipping amount paid and make the switch for you. If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, we can refund the shipping amount paid, but a 20% reprocessing fee on the order’s item total will apply to make the switch.
Switching from local pickup to shipping is not possible once your order has been collected, as our studio does not provide separate shipping services for orders already fulfilled. However, if your pickup order has not yet been processed, we can invoice the shipping amount and ship your order once payment is received. If your pickup order has been processed but not yet collected, the shipping amount and a 20% reprocessing fee on the order’s item total will apply, and we’ll ship your order once payment is received.
-
Please choose carefully, as orders once placed generally cannot be modified or cancelled as processing often begins immediately. There may be exceptions to this policy, such as if the order cannot be fulfilled due to our stock unexpectedly becoming unavailable. If you have concerns about your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so that we can assess your situation.
-
Our returns and refunds policy applies to all online product orders that have been successfully processed for shipping (i.e., dispatched from our studio) or local pickup (i.e., collected in person from our studio). To request a return or refund, please check your eligibility against the criteria below before completing our Returns Form.
If we’ve made a mistake or an item arrives broken or unusable, please provide a photo and we’ll happily send you a replacement if stock is available. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit (subject to our gift voucher and store credit policies) or full refund back to your original payment method* at no cost to you.
If we got your order right, but you’ve changed your mind, full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of your shipping ETA or local pickup appointment date, provided that items are unused, returned in original condition, and proof of purchase is shown.
To facilitate a change of mind return, a 20% processing fee on the eligible item total will apply. Once the processing fee has been accounted for, the remaining balance can be used:
To exchange for another product;
To exchange for store credit (subject to our gift voucher and store credit policies); or
To initiate a refund back to your original payment method.
If the purchase was made using multiple methods of payment, the refund will first be applied to the credit/debit card, then to the gift voucher or store credit. Please note that refunds back to gift vouchers or store credits do not extend their original expiry date.
Returns can be made in person at our studio by appointment, or by post. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs, reshipment fees, and packing items safely to ensure they arrive to us in resellable condition.
Our returns and refunds policy does not cover:
Products purchased on sale, clearance, as ‘seconds’ or ‘made to order’, as these products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded;
Delayed or missing shipments, as these are the responsibility of the courier and not Everyday Clay;
Online orders booked for local pickup that are not collected within our local pickup collection window, as local pickups are the responsibility of the customer and not Everyday Clay (please refer to our ‘local pickup’ policy for refund information regarding uncollected pickup orders); and
Additional payments that have been invoiced in order to facilitate a product sale or transaction (e.g., shipping express or bulk orders internationally), as this incurs a cost to Everyday Clay and thus cannot be refunded.

WORKSHOPS
-
If you are an organisation or council, we can accommodate flexible payment schedules in line with your invoicing requirements. Otherwise, all workshops are invoiced and paid in advance, with payment due within 14 days to secure your booking. We prepare a workshop agreement for all bookings that will include the specific terms of payment for your booking.
Invoices can be paid electronically by bank transfer (no fee), credit/debit card (2.2% card processing fee), or with a valid Everyday Clay gift voucher or store credit (unique code required so that we can apply it to the invoice on our end).
Any additional payments required to provide our workshop service to you will also be invoiced by email for prepayment, and due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Prices do not include GST as our studio is not GST registered.
-
Please book early to ensure our availability and a wider selection of options to choose from. We require a minimum of 21 days' notice for all workshop bookings. Bookings can be requested up to 6 months in advance by submitting your enquiry online using our Workshop Enquiry Form.
Once we have received your workshop enquiry, and unless alternative arrangements have been made, bookings are not secured until advance payment is made in full and we have received all necessary documents required to provide our workshop service to you. Due to demand and our limited availability, we do not tentatively hold or reserve workshop dates without payment being received and a signed workshop agreement in place.
Everyday Clay reserves the right to refuse rebooking if payment amounts are outstanding or overdue, or if bookings are repeatedly changed, cancelled or missed by the client.
-
This policy applies to our direct workshop services, and does not cover or reimburse clients for location, venue hire, catering or other event fees that they have organised separately with other suppliers. Please contact us to provide notice to change, cancel or request a refund, and we will assess your situation according to the terms and conditions given below:
At least 21 days’ notice is provided*:
Rescheduling the workshop is possible at no cost, provided that a suitable date/time can be arranged within 3 months of the reschedule request otherwise the booking will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply
Changes can be made to the anticipated (maximum) number of attendees covered by the workshop agreement, but please be aware that we teach at a fixed rate, so modifying the attendee count is unlikely to affect your quote significantly; however, it may result in a small change in materials cost, which we’d be happy to invoice or refund separately
Changes can be made to the workshop content, location or resources specified in the workshop agreement either (1) at no cost if changes do not raise the workshop quote; or (2) at the cost of our cancellation fee, if changes are likely to amend the workshop quote and require us to customise a new package/quote for you
The cancellation fee for this notice period is 50% of the quoted total service fee.
Less than 21 days’ notice is provided or no shows*:
Bookings cannot be changed or modified as specific preparations would have begun and may even be finalised; however, rescheduling to a suitable date/time within 3 months of your notice may be possible at our discretion, provided you inform us at least 3 days in advance of the original booking date, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply
If there are any changes to your attendee count, please be aware that the workshop booking can still proceed with no changes to the agreed quotation, which caters to a maximum number of attendees—we advise attendees to take extra health and safety precautions leading up to their scheduled booking
No shows are determined 30 minutes into the scheduled workshop time
The cancellation fee for this notice period or no-shows is 100% of the quoted total service fee.
*Emergencies or extenuating circumstances:
In the case of an emergency or unforeseen event, please contact us promptly. Situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
-
If according to our ‘changes and cancellation policy’ for workshops you are eligible to receive a workshop refund, the refund will be made to your original method of payment.
If your workshop invoice was paid using multiple methods of payment, the refund will first be applied to the appropriate banking account or credit/debit card, then to the gift voucher or store credit. Please note that the value of a gift voucher or store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of tender, and that refunds to gift vouchers or store credits do not extend their original expiry date.
-
This policy applies if your workshop booking includes glazing and/or firing of your pieces after the workshop. The glazing and/or firing service that we provide as part of our workshop service includes our time, labour, technical experience and utility costs involved in ensuring your workshop pieces are fully functional and usable, water tight and food safe.
All workshop pottery will be glazed in safe, non-toxic and food-safe glazes, and each piece will go through two firings. Firings are conducted onsite at our studio in an electric kiln. The purpose of glazing and firing is to expose raw clay and glazes to extreme temperatures between 1000–1280c in order to vitrify the clay, seal its surface and make the pieces functional.
The glazing and firing process takes 4-6 weeks. During busy event periods, we may experience a higher volume of workshop pieces that could extend this timeframe. Any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
In the rare event that firing your work damages our kiln, the amount for any repairs and professional services required will be invoiced to you.
-
If the workshop uses air-dry clay, attendees will be able to take home their finished pieces at the end of the workshop.
If the workshop includes glazing and firing, we will contact you/the event organiser by email when your pieces are ready. Your finished pieces can be picked up from our studio, and/or we can arrange to have them personally delivered or shipped to you. We offer an extended collection window for workshop bookings; finished pieces must be collected or shipped within 60 days of being ready for collection or delivery. After 60 days, any uncollected pottery may be donated, used as sample pieces in our studio and workshops, or given away to someone else.
If you would like us to ship your workshop pottery to you, our ‘shipping’ policy for products will apply, except that any shipping fees not already included in your workshop agreement will be calculated based on the total weight and volume of your pieces, as well as the shipping address.
Please refer to your workshop agreement for specific details on receiving your pottery.
Please also see our ‘Care’ policy for information on caring for your finished pottery.
-
We take pride in sourcing high-quality materials for our workshops and providing as much guidance as attendees may need to ensure to success of their pieces. However, as the pottery process involves a number of steps from start to finish, there may be hidden weaknesses in the pieces made by workshop attendees that we may be unaware of. Weaknesses can appear as cracks, breakages, warping or other pottery imperfections, and may be the result of trapped air bubbles, surface oils or weak joineries.
It is our policy to handle all workshop pieces with utmost care, and to take all steps necessary to ensure the success and integrity of every piece. While we will do our best to support every attendee in their making process, we are not responsible for a piece cracking, breaking or not meeting expectations. It is important to understand that pottery making is a process that inherently carries the potential for surprises. If concerns arise, we would be happy to assist attendees with problem solving imperfections and integrating insights from unexpected outcomes in support of their learning.
glazing + firing
-
As of 1 April 2025, our DIY clay kits will no longer include complimentary glazing and firing at our studio as part of their package, to allow eligible customers the freedom to choose to fire their work elsewhere including at a location closer to them.
Reflecting our commitment to accessibility, this policy update also means that anyone, regardless of whether they live locally in Victoria, interstate or overseas (please see our ‘shipping’ policy for selected countries), can purchase and enjoy any of our clay kit products. Previously, this was not possible as only customers in Victoria had exclusive access to our full range of clay kit products.
Our studio will still continue to offer a glazing and firing service (termed ‘Glazing + Firing’) to clay kit customers who still wish to complete their pieces with us, but this will now be offered as a separate service that can be booked online via our website here.
If your clay kit was purchased before 1 April 2025, your package would have included a one-time complimentary access to our glazing and firing service for a duration of 1 year from your purchase date. If this situation applies to you and you have not yet accessed complimentary glazing and firing, we’ll be in touch via email to inform the person who purchased our clay kit that complimentary access will still be available until 30 November 2025.
In most cases, this new expiry date will be an extension of the original date of expiry. After 30 November 2025, all customers will need to book our Glazing + Firing service if they wish to glaze and fire their clay kit pieces with us.
-
Publicly accessible kiln services manage thousands of ceramics at a time, which can lead to mishandling, breakages and pottery going missing. To reduce potential mishaps and take the stress of finding a kiln off your shoulders, we created our Glazing + Firing service to offer eligible customers a no-fuss way to safely and securely turn their pieces into fully functional pottery.
Our Glazing + Firing service can be booked online anytime, and includes:
Our time, labour, technical experience, and utility costs involved in glazing and firing your clay kit pieces;
Access to our handpicked selection of studio glazes to add a personal touch to your pieces;
Safe and secure firing of pieces in our private kiln away from prying eyes—and hands!;
Sanding and polishing of your finished pieces free of charge prior to delivery, to ensure they are smooth to handle and ready to use or gift straightaway.
-
Our Glazing + Firing service is only available to the lucky recipients of our clay kit products. It is not available as a glazing or firing service to the general public. If you have questions or are unsure about your eligibility, reach out to us and we’d be happy to help out.
You are eligible to book our Glazing + Firing service if you meet the following criteria:
You have completed an Everyday Clay DIY clay kit, and your pieces are only made using the clays and materials provided to you in our kit;
Your clay kit pieces are unglazed and unfired (i.e., they are just raw clay), and have been allowed to dry for at least 10 days; and
You are able to drop off your clay kit pieces at our studio in person, located at 9 Blannin Street, Healesville, VIC 3777 (map).
Due to the fragility of raw clay, we do not accept unfired pottery to be shipped to us.
We also do not glaze and fire pieces made using other (i.e., non-Everyday Clay) clay kits, as different clays use different glazes and firing temperatures, and this information is not always readily available to us by visually inspecting a piece. Because we bring in-depth knowledge and experience working with the specific clays and materials that we provide in our own clay kit products, we only accept pieces made using our clay kits as this is crucial to achieving successful firing results for our customers.
-
Each of our clay kits offers a unique experience of the pottery making process, and no two kits are designed the same. Different clay kits provide different clay bodies to explore, which are then matched to particular glazes in our studio that have been rigorously tested for best fit. So, when you purchase an Everyday Clay DIY clay kit, you’re not just receiving everything you need to create your own pottery, you’re also gaining exclusive access to our unique selection of studio glazes that have been specially handpicked for your particular kit. Our glazes provide a range of beautiful finishes from glossy and smooth to matte, textured and coloured finishes.
Selecting your glazes:
To choose a glaze for each piece, complete the glaze selection card included in your kit and drop them off with your clay kit pieces during your Glazing + Firing appointment. We will then glaze your pieces according to your selections. Please note that each piece can only be glazed in a single glaze (not multiple glazes), so please only select one glaze per piece. The glaze will also cover the whole piece except for its base to ensure it is water tight and food safe.Changing your glaze selections:
Nochanges can be made to your glaze selections once we have received your pieces, as the glazing and firing process often begins immediately. Failure to provide your glaze selection card on the day of your Glazing + Firing appointment may result in your glaze selections being decided by us. Where your glaze selections are decided by us, we may not always be able to consult with you in the process, as pieces may need to be on a tight firing schedule depending on the volume of works being handled in the studio. -
Glazing + Firing bookings are invoiced by email and paid in advance, with full payment either due within 14 days of the invoice date or confirmed with proof of payment no less than 1 day before your scheduled appointment, whichever is sooner.
If additional payments are required to provide our Glazing + Firing service to you, such as in the case of a customer providing incorrect information at the time of booking that results in an underpayment of this service, the amount due will be invoiced by email for prepayment and due within 14 days of the invoice date. If the customer has made an overpayment, the amount owed will be refunded back to the customer’s original method of payment.
Invoices can be paid electronically by bank transfer (no fee), credit/debit card (2.2% card processing fee), or with a valid Everyday Clay gift voucher or store credit (unique code required so that we can apply it to the invoice on our end).
Prices do not include GST as our studio is not GST registered.
We offer all-inclusive, flat-rate pricing to provide transparent and predictable costs upfront with no surprises. Our pricing is based on the type of clay kit completed, not the total weight or quantity of pieces to be glazed and fired.
$30 - Starter Clay Kit (1-2 pax)
$45 - 2kg Top-Up Kit
$50 - Starter Clay Kit (3-4 pax)
$65 - 4kg Top-Up Kit
$85 - 6kg Top-Up Kit
We do not offer discounted or reduced prices for partially completed clay kits. If pieces made using the same clay kit are booked under separate Glazing + Firing appointments, they will be invoiced separately (i.e., one invoice per Glazing + Firing booking) at the above flat-rate pricing that corresponds to the type of clay kit used to make those pieces.
Everyday Clay reserves the right to cancel and refuse Glazing + Firing appointments if payment amounts are outstanding or overdue.
-
After confirming your eligibility, Glazing + Firing can be booked online by:
Scheduling your Glazing + Firing appointment in our calendar by selecting a day and time that suits you to drop-off your pieces at our studio;
Answering a few questions about your clay kit pieces when booking your appointment, so that we can locate your order in our system ahead of time and confirm your eligibility – you can also choose to have someone else drop-off your pieces on your behalf by entering their contact details when booking;
Once we have received your appointment booking, we’ll promptly prepare your invoice for this service and email it to you for payment. Glazing + Firing bookings are not confirmed until payment or proof of payment is received.
-
Glazing + Firing appointments take place at our studio at 9 Blannin Street, Healesville, VIC 3777 (map). Our studio is open by appointment only during business hours (Friday and Saturday, 10am-4pm).
Appointments are held for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee our availability at the studio as we may have other commitments to attend to. If you are running late on the day, please call or text the studio on +61 404 324 584 for an immediate response. If you do not attend on the day, you will need to rebook your appointment as we do not reorganise bookings on our customers’ behalf.
What to bring:
Please pack your clay kit pieces safely for travel and bring them with you, along with your completed glaze selection card, to your Glazing + Firing appointment. We recommend placing your pieces in a small box or container, and using soft cloths and scrunched paper to gently cushion your pieces against each other and against the walls of your box or container. Raw clay is fragile and we are not liable for pieces breaking during the journey to and from our studio. -
This policy applies to Glazing + Firing appointments and not local pickup appointments.
Making changes to your appointment:
Please let us know of any changes at least 1 day before your scheduled appointment, so that we can make the necessary updates to your booking. There is no cost to reschedule appointments.Non-attendance or cancellations without rescheduling:
Not showing up on the scheduled appointment day and time is considered a cancellation of the appointment. Appointments that are cancelled and not rescheduled at the time of cancellation will be issued a refund back to the original method of payment, less a 20% cancellation fee of the total invoiced amount.If the invoice was paid using multiple methods of payment, the refund will first be applied to the appropriate banking account or credit/debit card, then to the gift voucher or store credit. Please note that the value of a gift voucher or store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of tender, and refunds to gift vouchers or store credits do not extend their original expiry date.
We do not provide refunds once our Glazing + Firing service has been completed.
Everyday Clay reserves the right to cancel and refuse Glazing + Firing appointments if appointments are repeatedly changed or cancelled by the customer.
-
All clay kit pieces will be glazed in safe, non-toxic and food-safe glazes, and each piece will go through two firings. Firings are conducted onsite at our studio in an electric kiln. The purpose of glazing and firing is to expose raw clay and glazes to extreme temperatures between 1000–1280c in order to vitrify the clay, seal its surface and make the pieces functional.

In the rare event that firing your work damages our kiln, the amount for any repairs and professional services required will be invoiced to you.
To avoid breakages and damages to our kiln, please carefully and thoroughly read the instructions in your DIY clay kit, and contact us if you have concerns about glazing and firing your pieces prior to booking our Glazing + Firing service.
-
You will be sent an email when your pieces are ready. Your finished pieces can be picked up from our studio, or we can arrange to have them packaged and shipped to you. Please refer to our ‘uncollected clay kit pottery’ policy for our collection/delivery window. Pickups are booked as a local pickup appointment and thus subject to our ‘local pickup’ policies.
If you would like us to ship your clay kit pieces to you, our ‘shipping’ policy for products will apply, except that any shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight and volume of your pieces, as well as the shipping address.
Please see our ‘Care’ policy for information on caring for your finished clay kit pottery.
-
It is our policy to carefully handle, glaze and fire all of the clay kit pieces that come through our studio. However, the glazing and firing process can sometimes reveal hidden faults, flaws and damages in pieces resulting from the handmade process. These faults, flaws and damages can appear as cracks, breakages, warping, glaze defects or other pottery imperfections. We are not responsible for a piece cracking, breaking, not meeting expectations, or any other type of unsatisfactory result from our Glazing + Firing service. It is important to understand that pottery making is a process that inherently carries the potential for surprises.
Nonetheless, we understand firsthand the frustrations that can arise from things not working out as anticipated from the handmade process. If your finished pieces didn’t turn out as you expected, this could also be a valuable learning experience in your understanding and exploration of clay. You are always welcome to email us a photo of your finished pieces so that we can support you in deciphering any unexpected outcomes at a glance.
-
Finished pieces must be collected or shipped within 30 days of notification that your pieces are ready, after which any uncollected pottery may be donated, used as sample pieces in our studio and workshops, or given away to someone else. We do not provide refunds once our Glazing + Firing service has been completed.
-
If you prefer not to glaze and fire your work with us, please be informed that you will be responsible for learning how to glaze and organise the firing of your work with another kiln service, as we do not provide classes, tutorials or in-depth instructions beyond the glazing and firing information already included in your clay kit.
It is, however, our responsibility to share information about our materials including the type of clay, firing temperature and particular handling that your pieces would require. Please contact us prior to glazing and firing your work elsewhere so that we can provide this information to you.
To locate kiln services near you, start with a simple search like ‘kiln firing services near me’ or ‘public firing [your state]’, using a web search engine like Google.
Important note: Clay kits purchased before 1 April 2025 included a Speckled Brown Clay. Pottery made using this clay must be glaze fired using kiln setters to prevent kiln damage. Kiln setters are flat pieces of high-fired clay that cover the surface area of the kiln that your piece will encompass, and can be made easily by hand. Many pottery stores sell small sample bags of clay that you can purchase to make your own kiln setters. If you have any questions about how to make these setters, please reach out to us as we’d be happy to help.
Our studio policies may change from time to time at our discretion to reflect our current practices. Everyday Clay also reserves the right to change or waive any fees, terms and conditions associated with our products and services at our discretion. Any policy changes will be posted on this page, so check back regularly for the latest information. This page was last updated on 29 March 2025.
